IPhone 4 with traveler connection problems

I have a customer that has an IPhone 4 and he gets connection errors, server not responding all the time with the traveler server but if he opens the browser and surf against the traveler server the sync starts to work again.

Anybody have any ideas?

    My experience with Lotus Traveler is much better with Nokia devices than with iPhone ones. As you know iPhone works with the Microsoft Activesync protocol. By time to time, iPhones doesn't sync because some "hidden" problems with iPhone devices. First, try to restart the iPhone. My network provider has recommended to us to do this periodically. iPhones have some hidden problems. Also, read this Apple technote or this post. Perhaps it could be the solution to your problem.
